These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform "GetReviewWidget" and all related services.

The platform enables in particular:

• creating review widgets to display reviews
• generating review links to collect customer feedback
• using a dashboard to analyze reviews

By using the service, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract for the use of the platform is concluded as soon as a user creates an account or orders paid services.

For paid plans, the contract is concluded upon completion of the order process.

4. Services

The provider offers a software platform that allows users to generate widgets for displaying reviews and review links for collecting feedback.

The provider strives for the highest possible availability of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance work, updates, or technical disruptions may lead to temporary restrictions.

5. Permitted Use of the Platform

The platform may only be used within the scope of its intended functions.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

• carry out automated attacks on the platform (e.g. DDoS attacks, flooding, or similar measures)
• circumvent or manipulate the platform's security mechanisms
• use automated systems or bots to overload the platform
• automatically read out content or data from the platform (scraping) without the provider's consent, unless technically intended
• use widgets or review links to deceive users or manipulate reviews
• create or distribute artificial or fake reviews
• distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful programs via the platform
• use widgets in a way that generates unusually high or artificially generated access numbers (e.g. automated traffic)

The provider is entitled to take appropriate measures in case of suspected misuse. These include in particular:

• temporary restriction of functions
• blocking of access
• permanent deletion of the user account

Further legal steps are reserved.

6. Use of Third-Party Services

The platform may display or use data or content from third-party providers, such as reviews from platforms like Google.

The provider has no influence on the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services.

7. Prices and Payment

Part of the platform can be used free of charge.

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply for paid features.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the respective billing period unless cancelled in time.

8. Termination

Users can cancel their account at any time.

The provider may terminate or suspend accounts if these Terms and Conditions are violated or the platform is misused.

9. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

In the case of slightly negligent violation of essential contractual obligations, the provider is only liable for foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to the Terms

The provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions if this is necessary for objective reasons.

Users will be informed of changes in a timely manner.

11. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
